The instant messaging. are a new way to communicate, many young people are using the instant messaging for talk. Why?, because it's more cheaper, you can send and receive text messaging from anywhere, you do not need talk for answer and it is more discreet.  The disadvantages of instant messaging, is that you can't listen to people, encourages bad punctuation and spelling and has a limited size for write.
In my opinions, the instant messaging is very useful and cheaper for communicate.
